Returns
At this time we are unable to accept returns.
Exchanges
We want you to love the garments that you purchase so we allow even exchanges of the same item in a different size.
Our exchange policy is as follows:
*All items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
* Items must be in new and unworn condition with all original stickers and tags.
* Items with odors (smoke, fragrance, etc.), stains (deodorant, food, etc.), and/or hair will NOT be accepted.
* Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
* Valid exchanges will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and the customer will be notified by email.
Accepted Payment Methods
Créer Apparel currently processes payments via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.
Shipping
Tracking numbers of completed orders can be accessed in the “Orders” section of the “My Account” page for logged in customers. Please allow up to 2 days for processing. At this time, Créer Apparel ships using the USPS Priority Mail method which may take up to an additional 3 days of transit. USPS delivery dates may be delayed during high volume holidays and COVID.
